James Irving has completed over $450M worth of real estate transactions in the state of Florida since his career began in the 1985. James founded his brokerage firm, Irving Group, Inc. in 2001 and shortly thereafter, created the investment entity, ii Miami. James has developed, syndicated, and managed properties for the past 25 years. James graduated from the George Washington University in 1988 with a Bachelor of Business Administration majoring in Finance.
